The most important case is to start importing of onion,wheat,barley with zero customs in this month,In despite of importing of these things,food inflation is about %30.
According to TCMB they think food inflation can affect with negatively to core inflation.In case of these matters,agricultural policy do not change.

Reasons can be that producers think customers have no enough buying power and they accept losting of their profits or they wait elections after this incident,prices can change with fastly.
But away,some realities are clear.Agricultural production is getting lower and weak.
