Yapay Zeka?

Matrix 1 üzerinden aşağı yukarı 26 sene geçti. Hayat verdiğimiz yapay zeka toplumları iyileştirebilecek mi?

Gelir adaletsizliğinin çözümü,

işsizlik probleminin tarih olacağı,

kadın erkek eşitliği ile

çocuk hakları ve doğal yaşamı koruyan unsurlar olacak mı?

Yoksa

Daha kötüsüne mi sahip olacağız?

Ekonomi

Dünya ekonomisinde genel hava puslu. Son zamanlarda Çin'den gelen veriler pek olumlu değil. Amerika'nın yeni tarif ve gümrük adımları gibi. Avrupa'da da pek olumlu hava esmiyor ECB'nin yapmış olduğu faiz indirimleri de tüketimi canlandırmış gözükmüyor. Almanya'da ihracat beklentileri azalmış durumda. Japonya ise faizleri arttırıyor. Bildiğiniz gibi İngiltere ise son toplantıda faiz indirimi yapmamıştı.

Economy

The general weather in the world economy is hazy. The recent data from China is not very positive. Like America's new tariff and customs steps. There is not much positive weather in Europe. The interest rate cuts made by the ECB do not seem to have stimulated consumption. Export expectations in Germany have decreased. Japan is increasing interest rates. As you know, the UK has did not cut  interest rate in last meeting.

Yeniden-Dejavu?

Yeni gelen bilgiler doğrultusunda Çin'de bir virüsün çıktığı söyleniyor. Covid'den sonra bu ilk ciddi tehlike mi? Maymun çiçeği hastalığı bildiğiniz gibi Afrika'da görülmüştü ancak o da kıtaya gönderilen aşılar sayesinde kontrol altına alınmışa benziyor.

Neden bu tarz hastalıklar çıkıyor sebebi açık doğayı insan vücuduyla karşılaştırırsak gezegeninde bağışıklık sistemi çöktüğü için yeni hastalıklara açık hale geliyor tıpkı bizler gibi bizlerde terli terli soğuk su içtiğimizde genelde ertesi sabah boğaz ağrısı ile uyanıyoruz. Haberlerden takip ettiğimiz kadarı ile bu hastalığın Hindistan ve Çin'de görüldüğü belirtilmekte.

Umarım aynı durumu bir daha yaşamayız ancak şahsi görüşüm doğanın daha fazla ağır yükler taşıyamayacağı şeklinde nükleer bombalarla yapılan testler, savaşlar, masum insanların öldürülmesi, soykırımlar doğanın ormanların 1 gr altın için yok edilmesi ve bunun getirdiği ağır sonuçlar. Daha önceki yazılarımda da belirtmiştim Dünya bir denge üzerine kurulu ve bu dengenin bozulması sonucu daha önce yaşadığımız İspanyol Gribi, Kara veba, Covid ve diğer benzer hastalıklar ortaya çıkıyor.

Yaşayıp göreceğiz dediğim gibi Doğa bu kadar yükü kaldıramıyor ve de daha şiddetli tepkiler veriyor hatırlayın 2020'de Avustralya'da söndürülemeyen yangınlar, Dünya'nın çeşitli yerlerinde görülen büyük depremler ve seller milyonlarca insan doğrudan ve dolaylı olarak etkilenmişti.

Evet biraz huzur kelimesinden konuşalım ne anlama geliyor bu huzur sakinlik ve barış mı demek? Sözlük anlamına bakılırsa evet öyle peki günümüzde öyle mi?

Dünya'nın her bölgesinde çeşitli sorunlar var ve hiçbir yerde huzur yok. Ekonomik krizler, soykırımlar, salgın hastalıklar doğa olayları gibi gibi .Sonuçları ise ortada, hayatlarımız doğrudan etkileniyor. Bu durum düzelir mi ne zaman insan olduğumuzun farkına varırsak Magna Carta'yı anlarsak o zaman bir şeylerin değişebileceğine inanıyorum. Rönesans ve Reform sahibi Avrupa'da dahi akıl almaz şeyler oluyor  bilimsel düşüncenin egemen olmadığı yerlerde ne yaparsanız yapın ileriye değil geriye gidiş söz konusu olur. Bizler geçmişten yaşadığımız kötü olaylardan asla ders almıyoruz tarih bir ayna işlevi görür öyle düşünüyorum. Ancak ders almıyoruz aynı hataları yüzlerce, binlerce kez yapıyoruz.

Ekonomik görünüm nasıl diye sorularda geliyor Dünya'nın hemen hemen her bölgesinde hayat şartları zor birinde sağlık harcamaları pahalı, araba fiyatları ucuz kiminde yiyecek fiyatları 50 yıldır aynı kiminde her gün değişiyor. Yaşamak zor ve pahalı .İnsanlar, bizler gündelik yaşama o kadar kendimize kaptırmışsız ki hiçbir şeyin farkında değiliz. Ekonomi sadece kur ,faiz ve enflasyon değildir insanca yaşamdır. Yabancı ya da yerli kaynaklar fark etmeksizin bol bol kitap okumalı ve de yaşamı biraz sorgulamalıyız. Aksi halde kendimizi kandırmaya devam ederiz.

 Dünya'da tuhaf şeyler oluyor ,daha öncede belirttiğim gibi her yer yangın yeri.(Magna Carta'nın) ilanından bu yana 800 seneye yakın bir süre geçmiş, teknolojik olarak yapay zekaya hayat veren insanoğlu barışın ne olduğunu unuttu ve ya da hatırlamak istemiyor.

Günümüzde milyarlarca insan kötü şartlarda yaşıyor, ekonomik koşullar insanların alım gücünü ciddi anlamda etkiliyor. Doğa umutsuz, insanlar mutsuz ışıklar azalıyor. Hemen hemen her ülkede problemler var kimi ekonomik, kimi politik.

Araştırma ve sorgulama bizi biz yapan özelliklerin başında geliyor fakat kendi kimliğimizi unuttuk. Yaşam parasal türevlerden ibaret değil lüks evler, lüks saatler kısacası gösterişli şeylerden ibaret değil. Biraz yaşam için mantıkta lazım. Zaman zaman bu sözleri sanki duvarlara anlatıyorum gibi hissediyorum.

Ekonomik görünüm hakkında da biraz konuşalım. Trump'ın kazanması ile piyasalarda borsalarda ve dolar endeksinde pozitif anlamda gelişmeler oldu. Şunu belirtmek lazım hala karışık konular var piyasalar için, devam eden savaşlar kısacası çözüm bekleyen denklemler var.
