Markets have some problems,if you read my last articles,you would understand what I mean about last economical developings.

Trump created some problems by himself who said many things about Powell and FED.By these explanations,Dow Jones,S & P 500 ,Nasdaq have seriously big problems.

Trust and respect are the main creteria for economy.

• Now,according to Mnuchin ( Secretary of treasury department of USA),we trust Powell and FED presidents.

They say calm down no worries.......

• Also, 10 years USA bonds are % 2,77.Two months ago it was % 3,25.

Other theories,a new global economic cris will happen in coming soon ? Brent Petrol prices have been dropping against OPEC decision.What was  Opec decision ?

• Russia & Saudi Arabia had a deal for reducing petrol production.

• Syria is so complicated  although these incidents peace can be possible many Arabic countries open their ambassadors in Syria.

• Brexit can not be soft.

PMI

PMI  Indexes,in many regions of the world PMI data have been reducing which shows (production power,and  exporting power of contries).

• China,EU,India look slowly.

• Trade wars effect negatively  to China  economy.China still is a member of EM.

Turkey..........

Last week local investors bought $ 3,5 billion.But away TL still looks stabil and powerful.The reason can be markets have no ( exciting political news and incidents).

Dollar Stocks of investors are increasing.

In other way we have last week of 2018 and volatility is so weak in global markets.Inflation and employment data do not look well.

Conclusion

2019 will be hard year for all of the markets.It can continue until end of 2021.EM markets already have problems if a new global crisis starts, they will feel with much more worse..

I have an interesting issue today,especially you know we are end of 2018,minumum wage salary will explain coming soon in Turkey.

And they invented new words.

You see 3 different diffuculty classification ,they do by TUIK.

Bosses say we do not want to pay much  more money ,inflation can be % 21 but away who cares ,why we should do? :))) It is funny I think seriously it is much more funny than watching home alone 2.


And inflation is % 21.....

In below pitcure you see slaves,you think we are free or anything changed? Nope we have just a television and a mobile phone that is all.

Buying a cup of tea and simit are not easy total money of them are  6 Lira.

It is a puzzle,for example you are a youth man or woman,when you graduated from a university,you try to find a job however these incidents affect your salary.

Long years many long years you can have so terrible salaries and conditions.......

In terms of these perspective developing of technology does not look well,only not technology many things,education levels,learning any foreign languages and more more...........................

Science is our enemy?

Hi fellas,you know the planet has been changing for a long time,although some these technological and artificial intelligence,we are still nothing.

Why I say human kind is nothing?

Simple;even we do not use science with truely,we see it like our enemy.If we talk about  concrete things,tell me ;

Why we believe leaders and politicians as God? 

Our planet is getting warm not today but tomarrow it will destroy by global warming effects ( north pole,damage lights,radiations,or unknown new viruses.

We know solutions,but away we do not apply for them?Why it is expensive,only not in global warming in every incidents.Greed......

Why do not we try using full capacity of our brains? I do not mean movies......

At least we can analyse some things,main difference between humans and others.

Obviously key is to learn some things by using science.(Black holes,artificial intelligence,other dimensions,artificial  human body parts and more.

We know future where is in there......

Can Trump depose by prosecutor?

Yes or no why not ?...........

I guess prosecutor Muller can depose president Donald Trump.His lawyer Cohen is arrested by court last evening.Trump accused his lawyer for dealing with FBI.

Reasons:Russian relationship, and other  incidents (unknown)

So what  is connection with  this issue about economy ?

For a long time,Trump has strange kinds on FED and other economical incidents (Iran sanctions,Turkey,Russia,EU,China,Trade wars).He says about Powell,you will not hike interest rate.Also he said to Powell,you are stupid?In December Fed meeting. next week if you hike interest rates,I will not be  pleasure.So strange......

FED is independent,of course Trump says his idea.But away he chose Powell for FED president.

In American History any USA president did not tell these things about for Fed Presidents,or any judgment members.

It will affect USA economy why? 

Of course it will be,I guess conclusions can  be positive.

If Trump goes,I think  S&P 500,Dow Jones,Nasdaq will increase ( positive). 10 years USA bonds can hike into %3,23. (safe place)

FED will be free,(They can hike interest rates without any pressure) and high level bonds can create strong dollar.

For EM members can hurt by these incidents.Accidentally ons gold prices can increase just a little and Brent Petrol can have some power by dollar.

Last G-20 meeting,China and USA had a peace for trade wars ( They had said no additional  custom taxes for American cars,selling soya to China and LNG) 

USA  had wanted a little bit balance for trading,currently it looks so complicated.

In the other side,Russia has sent some nuclear capacity planes to Venezuela.Last thursday Opec had said we will reduce Brent Petrol producing (Saudi Arabia ,Russia,Iraq) 

TURKEY  THIRD QUARTER  GROWTH

Yesterday,we learned   growth ratio of Turkey in this quarter.Data shows it looks so fasting slumping.

Of course, it is bad,if you are a developing country you should grow with %5 or over in a year.

%1,6 growth ratio looks not well,importing drops the main matter is power of Lira changes against all foreign exchanges.

Also exporting prices affect by currency changings.EMs will have some effects by FED,BOE,ECB  and trade wars.

CONCLUSION

Although these analyses ,we will have  seriously and complicated terms.Future of trade wars,Brent Petrol prices,Middle East,Russia-Ukraine,people life (artificial intelligence,Mars)

Low Inflation or Waiting time

Hi,TUIK (Turkish Statistical Institute ) shared November inflation two days ago.It seems,core inflation drops.

 If you look at the list about PPI and CPI ( products,vehicles prices list) for example;

Diesel engine and gasoline engine cars prices have been dropping...............

Also government did some discounting in taxes for cars,white goods.According to numbers,sellings look stabil.

Deficit of budget will have increased end of year.It will be a new record.

One more thing ,I guess inflation will be %22-23 end of this year,some small changings only create a little bit time for inflation.

S&P and Fitch say same things.They shared new reports about Turkish Economy.

WHAT I SAID IN SEPTEMBER?

Probably fire of the dollar may be  drop,reasons :Trump effect on FED,softing in trade wars.Ons gold can have a little bit value in this term.

China says we will buy soya and LNG from USA.Trump wants no hiking interest rates in 2019-2020.

Also  when petrol prices hikes USA inflation  can increase ,end of these matters; FED needs more hiking interest rates.

And Strong dollar can damage exporting power of USA in long term.

Last friday,USA non agricultural data dropped a little bit value against expectations.I wrote some matters in my articles.Some storms have been in Ohio,Florida.

But onward month expactations happened 201,000.

Now,US unemployment rate is %3,7.Economy has been growing up for 3 years.Fed will be aggresive in 2019-2020.They reached their aims in inflation and employment rate.Heat of Economy looks stabil.

US 10 years bond are  in 3,23 levels.EM markets have hard days and next months they will have much more hard days.India Central Bank did not hike interest rates last week.Their rate still is %6,25.

Argentina has a deal with IMF however dollar still is powerful against peso 1 USD=38,127 Peso.
Brazil has a president selection,currently they can be the most durable economy in EM markets.

Some sanctions affect Russia,Russian Central Bank hiked interest rates last month.South Africa and Turkey have a current deficit problem,recently current deficit of Turkey dropped.Because of recession effect.Car sellings and home sales have been dropping for 2 months.

This week,some politic issues can effect positive or negative for Lira.Pastor Brunson will be free or not.Turkish Courts will give a decision and I guess foreign investors follow this incident.Other cases are important for instance inflation,bankruptcies.

In this october,TCMB will have a meeting a hiking decision can be or not?
Also mortgage and trade credit interest rates are in so high levels.
Middle East is always complicated in Yemen,Syria.

In my opinion that A barrel Brent Petrol will be $ 100 until 4 November.Negative effects are possible for Turkish Economy,South Africa and India.

Although  these data,Turkish Inflation report will share in this wednesday.Expectations,CPI and PPI  will not drop in coming future (%23-%20).

Many companies,approximately 3000 companies have explanied their bankrupts recently.....

Turkish PMI Index happens  42,7 in this month.Importing has been dropping for two months,probably growth rate will drop in next quarters.

Hi everyone, EM markets are ready for September FED meeting.


Probably FED will hike interest rates in 25 September ,new interest rate will be 2,00+0,25 (2,25).

                                           

Currently level of the 10 year US bond

Especially this decision will be vital for Turkish Economy,Turkey have an external debt payment in October and December.Also Fed can hike interest rates  fourth times in December.

Last week TCMB hiked its political interest rates from 17,75 to 24 levels.But away Lira still  drops value  against all of the foreign exchanges.Reserves of TCMB are not enough to collect current problem for Lira.Only it can help current deficit problem.

Reform is neccessary for in every area of Turkish Economy. Many times and especially in my last article I recommend many things for struggling in this incident.

TCMB is only an asset of Turkey,if the monetary policy is not powerful,interest rate decisions  or other some decisions of TCMB can not be important  role.

I had mentioned  some problems of the Turkish Economy in my articles.It looks we will have a hard winter in this year.On the contrary my ideas TCMB hiked political interest rates % 6,25.

Currently level is%24

Turkey has the  second highest interest rate in the world.

What was the first reaction TL?

After TCMB decision,Dolar/TL dropped to 6,01 levels.Then it reached to 6,22 levels.Last friday value of one $  was equal to 6,17 TL.

Matters-Solutions

1-)Hiking interest rates are not enough solution,the main problem is economic model we are based on importing economy growth model.I guess we will talk same things in October and November.

2-)In agricultural and farming sector should be developed. I mean native seeds and native cattles.

3-)Only  sectors of Agricultural and Farming  cost sare 7 billion usd  in Turkey current deficits.Holland creates $ 38 billion usd in their foreign trade surplus.

4-)Our country is very good in medicine area in Europe Region.But we are aware of this value.I think no......England has no enough medicine personel and costs are so high levels in there.Turkey has unbelievable nature beauty and tourism potential.

Do not forget it, you can be rich or poor the most important  thing is health.It is compulsory.

Black Hole,have you ever heard this name?First I understood the importance of black hole in Interstellar movie.World was consuming and destroying with many matters....

In movie people discovered  and developed Einstein Theory if we use black holes we can find new galaxies or new planet for human life.Unfortunately it did not happen.Some powers which called in movie fifth dimensions.They rescued  humans and planet from destroying.

In theory if you are in the magnetic field of the black hole,time stops in there.For instance you have a twin and he or she lives in the world.Also you are in the space (Black Hole).

15 years later or more when you return to the world,your twins will be much more older than you.

Due to this effect, known as gravitational time dilation, an object falling into a black hole appears to slow as it approaches the event horizon, taking an infinite time to reach it.

Different issue.......

Last weekend we had Monza GP in Italy.In the first lap Hamilton and Vettel had a touching,after this collision Vettel lost this race,power of Kimi was not enough to win for race.


Many reasons  affected for losting race of Ferrari.

           In Monza,war was between Hamilton and Kimi

Tyres,especially hard tyres (soft-medium)  do not give postive energy to Scuderia Ferrari.Currently Ferrari has the fastest car in F1,but away tyres corrosion is a seriously problem for them.

Tyres problem are not today problem,Ferrari has been finding solution since 2017,however Pirelli does not solve this problem.

I guess Hamilton is near for fifth championship title.

1-)Mercedes has a team plan and management ( team orders and pit time)

2-)Ferrari should give a decision ( 7 races left and Scuderia should apply decisions about team orders)

If Vettel is the first pilot,he should have same conditions with Hamilton.

Next race will be in Singapore 14 days later.Last year Verstappen,Kimi and Vettel had a collision 

In my opinion that Ferrari can win these race and they have more chances for pilot and constructor championships against Mercedes ,they should wait, mistakes of silver arrows.

DRS (DRAG REDUCTION SYSTEM)

DRS has been using since 2011 in F1,which is the most developing technology product in F1 and in the vehicle world.

It gives much more horse power in the main streets,Technology uses  recyling energy with Kers,F1 cars have battery which are hybrid cars (Recyle of the breaking energy to batteries and more power)

These year cars have bigger tyres to the last year cars,and halo security system presents in today cars.

Vallahi kurun bu hızına ayak uydurmak çok zor haftaya dolar/tl 6 seviyesinde başlayıp daha hafta bitmeden 6,84 seviyesine geldi.

Bu ay Merkez Bankası'nın toplantısı var faiz artışı olur mu?Bence pek muhtemel değil çünkü konut sektöründe birikmiş konutları azaltmak için bir seferberlik ilan edildi zaten bazı bankalarda faiz oranı %3 seviyesinde.

İran konusu belirsiz....Muhtemelen yaptırımlar Avrupa tarafından uygulanacak.Bazı Avrupalı hava yolu şirketleri İran'a seferleri durdurma kararı aldı.Başkan Trump  baskının dozunu arttırabilir.

Eğer İran Hürmüz Boğazı'nı kapatırsa şu an 77,80 olan Brent petrol fiyatları 120'leri bile görebilir.

Tabi altında ons,1300 seviyesine kendini atabilir.Yada daha yüksek seviyeler bile görülebilir 1400-1500 $ gibi gibi.

Hisse bazında ise bankacılık endeksinde satışlar gördük kredi derecelendirme kuruluşları TL'deki zayıflığın bankaları zorlayacağını söylüyor.Bu hafta Moodys 20 bankanın daha notunu indirdi.
